Dear Yale Park Neighbors,
As we approach the end of the year, we're excited to announce some changes to our membership structure that will help us better serve our community in the coming year.
From now until December 31st, 2024:
We're accepting donations of any amount to support our neighborhood initiatives. Your generosity during this time will help us kickstart exciting projects and events for the coming year. To make a donation, simply use our Venmo account @YaleParkNA.
Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a difference in our ability to foster a vibrant, connected community.
Starting January 1st, 2025:
We're introducing a new annual membership fee of $35 per household. This modest investment in our community will allow us to:
- Scale ideas: Organize more frequent diverse neighborhood events
- Raise awareness: Improve communication channels among neighbors
- Fund experiences: Seed money for events throughout Yale Park and the Richardson community
- Donations: Support local initiatives that matter to our residents
Your membership will give you a voice in shaping the future of Yale Park, voting rights in association matters, exclusive perks during certain neighborhood events and special access to resources.
We believe this new structure will enable us to create an even stronger, more engaged community. Your support, whether through end-of-year donations of future memberships, is crucial to the success of our neighborhood association.
